French reading and writing

Rich, diverse Francophone cultures are found all over the world. Reading and writing in French can help you appreciate and connect with new cultures as well as advance your career and build your confidence in speaking French. 

Our engaging courses are designed to broaden your vocabulary, help you understand and synthesize complex texts, build your sense of self in written French and deepen your love of the language. Through writing assignments, activities and readings, and support from our passionate and experienced instructors, you can expect to come away with the appropriate training to achieve your personal or professional goals.  

Offered at a range of levels, our courses may be taken individually or combined with other French courses, including French conversation, to complete a credential. Before registering, please take our self-assessment to determine the level best suited to your experience and skills.
