How to register or apply

You can register for our courses online. If a course isn’t full, you can register on the day the course begins, however, we don’t recommend registering any later than the course start date. If you wish to register after a course has started, please contact us.

Some programs require you to apply and be accepted into the program before you register for courses. Please review the program details for more information.

How to register

Register online 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our Lifelong Learning registration system using your Visa®, Visa® Debit, Mastercard® or American Express®. You need to create a profile in our system before we can process your course registration.

  1. Add items to your shopping cart.
  2. Click on the shopping cart icon to review items and begin the checkout process.
  3. You will be prompted to log in to your account or create a new account. Get step-by-step instructions on how to log in or create an account.
  4. After you have logged in or created a new account, follow the steps in the cart to complete your purchase.

How to apply

The application process varies depending on the credential type and the program. For some certificate programs, you apply and are accepted into the program. For others, you register and successfully complete courses one by one that can be applied toward a certificate. For award of achievement programs, you apply and once you are accepted you can register for courses at any time.

Please refer to the specific program page for detailed application instructions.

What happens after I register for a course?

After processing your registration, we email you a printable confirmation receipt. If you do not receive your receipt by the start date of your course or program, please contact us.

If you’re taking an online course, we also send you an email with instructions on how to access and log in to your course on or before the course start date. We recommend logging in prior to the first session to become familiar with the learning application.

Cancellations

We are sometimes forced to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolment or other reasons. If this happens, we offer a full refund and send it to you automatically.
