British Columbia has one of the fastest growing life sciences sectors in the country. The same growth, however, has not been seen in the number of professionals with expertise and training in regulatory affairs—professionals who play a crucial role in bringing health products to market with their ability to interpret and administer complex health laws and regulations.
Developed by the UBC Academy of Translational Medicine (ATM) and the UBC Faculty of Medicine in consultation with world leaders in regulatory affairs, our offering combines theory, real-world case studies and applied learning to prepare you for opportunities in the life sciences, biotechnology, biomanufacturing, drug and medical device development and pharmaceutical industries.
You have the option to take courses separately or combine select courses to complete a credential.
